Kit Collection Expo:

Venue- Excellence Physiotherapy Clinic, 1090, Sector 40, Gurugram

Date & Duration- Sat 28^th Dec, 2024. Time- 11:30am to 4:30pm (duration 5hrs)
Note:
- The kits will be distributed strictly during the above-mentioned time.
- You may authorize someone to collect a kit (for individual or group). The authorized person should carry a copy of your participation confirmation mail.
- T-shirts will not be distributed before the start on race day, only bibs will be available on race day morning.
- If you have booked for door delivery of the race kit then it will be delivered by 27th Dec at your address. You need not come to the expo.

Event Day (Sunday, Dec 29, 2024) Guidelines:

Venue: Karma Lakelands Resort, Entry from Gate 1, near NH-8 McDonald, Sector 80, Gurugram. The venue is 3.5Km from Kherki Daula Toll. From the toll drive over 2 flyovers and after getting down from the second flyover, exit to the service lane on the left, pass by HP petrol pump, reach McDonald, volunteers will guide you to the resort's parking area.

- It will take a total 15 mins to park and reach the assembly area so plan your start from home accordingly.
- The resort is a No Honking, No Smoking Zone, be mindful.
- Assembly starts at 6:00am onwards
- Run starts from 6:30am
- Cabs are not allowed to enter the resort.
- Vehicle reaching late i.e. after 6:00am, will have to park outside the resort and then walk 1.5Km to the assembly area

Start Time (Flag off):

► Half Marathon- 6:30am, first loop 1.1km next 4 unidirectional loops of 5Km
► 10Km Run- 6:50am, 2 unidirectional loops of 5Km
► 5Km Run/Walkathon- 6:50am one unidirectional loop of 5Km
► 1Mile Junior Run- 6:55am (u-turn at 800m)

Facilities in Assembly Area:

Baggage counter:
Baggage counter is in the holding area, don’t leave your valuables like wallet, mobile & watches etc in your bag.

Toilet Bus:
These will be placed near assembly area

Water Stations:
There are 3 aid stations on the route. All the aid stations will be equipped with water. Energy drink, first-aid, sanitizer & runners’ snacks. Water will be served in disposable cups. So, you may carry your own water bottles/ sippers as the water stations may be crowded.

Waste Segregation & Disposal:
Segregate the disposables in wet and dry & dispose it off in the respective bins. Bins are marked for wet & dry waste collection. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.

Post Run Activities:

# A Medal for every finisher

Prize Distribution:

There are no cash prizes in this event. Overall winners will get trophies, Age category wise podium finishers will be felicitated on a later date. The results will be basis net-time (chip-time) and not on gross time basis,
